How to build Ryze? Also looking for guides

So I usually use LoLKing. The two I found were basically the same mastery/build/runes.

So they were the same, and honestly question some stuff. Like read their matchups and idk. Happen to have one and read what they said. It was an "easy" win. Ryze vs Ori...and I could be bad but I dont see how that was "easy". She can poke me from behind her minions. I get I out trade, but she didn't stand in the open letting me walk up to land my combo's. I dodged her Q/W's for the most part but for sure wasn't an easy lane I'd say it was a draw by the end.
