Function Junction Day 3: Kasumi Todoh

Since there was at least minimal interest, I'm going through with it. For a quick understanding of what this is, check here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Kappa/comments/6j5zz2/would_peeps_be_up_for_a_weeklydaily_function/

"The honor of the Todoh school is in my hands. Me, the daughter of Ryuhaku!"

Character: Kasumi Todoh

First Appearance: Art of Fighting 3

Playable Appearances: AOF 3, KOF '96, R-2, '99, 2000, SVC: Chaos, KOF XI, '98: UM, 2002: UM

General: Kasumi occupies a familiar role in KOF as the heir to her Father's dojo, determined to fight for the honor of her family's name above all else. Kasumi maintains a good amount of popularity in the KOF fandom, despite rather sporadic appearances in the series, attributed to looking for her missing father after he got bodied by Ryo. Chun-Li also says she's got great legs in SVC: Chaos, so take that as you will.

The Todoh Dojo practices it's own mixture of Karate and Aikido, but it's mostly the Aikido stuff that sticks in people's minds. Kasumi can let the opponet kill themselves with her variety of counter techniques, and back it up with a solid ground game and good normals for a memorable Steven Seagal-type function. Might as well just put in Seagal instead.
