Let's talk about macros

So many of these fancy mechanical keyboards we all love so much have self-contained macro functionality. I use a Ducky One fullsize as my daily work board, which seems to have pretty robust macro capabilities, and yet I've never taken advantage of them. I would be willing to bet many MK enthusiasts don't.

What are some cool things people use macros for? Are there any neat tips and tricks for mouse-less navigation in Windows, or commonly used software suites like Office, CS, and the like?

I feel like there is a world of possibilities to help streamline my workflows, and want to get some inspiration!
