i7 7700k hitting temperatures of 87 degrees celsius? Please no delidding suggestions

Hi all,

I've just downloaded DOOM on my newly built PC which has an ASUS Strix GTX 1070 and a STOCK i7 7700k (about a week old), I have HW monitor open in the background.

After about 30 minutes of playing DOOM, I exited the game saw that my cores were hitting upwards of 80 degrees celsius. Is this right?

I've attached a pic, the first row is what the value is now (it's low because I left the game), the second row is the minimum and the last is the maximum value:

If this is what I think it is, what should I do? This can't be healthy for the CPU.

I won't be delidding because this is my first PC and enough has gone wrong already

Edit: My cooler is an arctic i32 at max speed
