A vow against group messaging

Today my best friend had her baby boy, and I am so excited and happy for her! 💙 💙💙

But the way she told everyone is through a massive group text. Now my phone is vibrating like crazy with everyone replying. I feel like a facebook chat is being shoved in my face. :( My phone is an Android so I can't turn it off without turning off all multimedia messages.

It isn't the end of the world... but now all these people I don't know also have my number and are sending me messages because they are clicking reply all... It got me thinking how I am going announce to everyone....

So I vow when I have my baby girl in 5 weeks I will separately (or have hubby do it) message each person I want to know right away.
