Any interest here in a 1-year deal for Yakupov?

I know his career has been abysmal, to put it lightly, and he's also Russian which our organization doesn't seem too fond of. But would you soldiers have any interest? I don't think his ask would be all that high, maximum 2 million on a 1-year deal? See if works?

Thoughts on him?
