Where to buy high heels in large and wide sizes? Bonus if they are not Pleasers.

The title basically spells it out. I have Sexy-21 heels from Pleaser, and they look great, but Pleaser is terrible with sizing. I bought other shoes from them, 2 sizes bigger, and they were still too narrow (but too long).

I'm looking for sandal type heels, with no platform, and more "elegant" than "in your eyes flashy". Hate patent leather. I tried getting shoes off AliExpress, but they were notoriously undersized, and when I asked about custom made - out of 6 or 7 supplies none were able to accomodate the foot size (27cm in length, 11cm in widest place - 10.6" and 4.3" for those using imperial system).

So - is there any site/manufacturer that caters specifically for mem that need/want high heels?
