[Product Question] I've notice Asian sunscreens have alcohol. Isn't this bad for your skin?

Hello!

I'm on my quest for the perfect sunscreen and I keep seeing Biore come up. However I'm concerned about there being alcohol in the product. I'm pretty sure I read that alcohol dries out your skin and ages it in the long run. So how come everyone is raving about these sunscreens?
