[OHIO] Given 2 Weeks to Move Out After Notice of Non-Renewal

So I've lived at this location for 2 years as of this month, and I assumed the lease would renew like last year. Just come in and sign. However, 1 week ago when I went to sign the lease they told me they would not renew. It was the first I've heard about it. I got an email a couple business days later then a letter in the mail the following day about non-renewal. I've been given 2 weeks to find a new place in a city where's not easy to find something immediately. Do I have any protections under Ohio law against this? The property I live on is technically outside city-limits but the company we lease from is not.
