Size comparison from 00g to 1/2 inch?

I've been at 00g for a while now and I'm not sure if I want to go up or not. I've heard 1/2 inch is the biggest you can go and still expect some shrinkage down the line.

Does anyone have progress photos so I could see the difference between the sizes? It's only 2mm so I'm not sure how different it'll look.

I'm about to buy a pair of plugs I've been eying for a while so I'm trying to decide which size to get them in. Thanks!
