Verified on Gemini, but can't link my capital one 360?

I recently got verified on Gemini but can't seem link my capital one 360 checking account. I see that on the list of banks accepted, capital one is one of them, but I can't seem to login with my credentials. I was able to link my 360 account on coinbase because they had both capital one and capital one 360 as options. Does Gemini not accept capital one 360, and has anyone else had this issue? I'm thinking of just opening up a schwab checking account if my 360 won't link up.
