Vegeta Can Easily Catch Up to Goku with this 1 Step!

Gather the earth's Dragon Balls and wish for his tail to return. Now we have a SSB Great Ape which is a x10 multiplier which rivals Kaioken x10. Vegeta can create the moon energy wherever he wants, his speed doesn't decrease, and it doesn't harm his body. He handed Goku and ass whoopin back in the day with it before, he can do it again.

But, it would be a bad idea in the Tournament of Power because he'd be a target. He would also have to figure out how to protect his tail.
