What is Ibusi's status with njpw?

Is he just a freelancer doing the g1 or is he comitting to the company (atleast for a little while). Ive seen people say Ibushi wins g1 and Omega wins belt at kopw as a dream scenario, but that would hinge on his status with the company and I was wondering if we know that or not.
