I was told that they are in the process of preparing an offer for me (after the interview) and to expect to hear back "very soon"! (4 days ago) - how long should i wait before writing back again?

Hi fellow redditors,

I had an interview like 5 days ago and it went well, the next day i wrote thank you letter to the HR team and asked if they could give me the email to the interviewer so i could thank him properly as well - short after i received an email from HR that my interview went well and they want to get me on board, and to expect to hear from them very soon! (4-5 days now - including weekend) - (no email provided that i asked for though).

I am thinking of writing back, but i want to do it in "the right time"..

How long do you think i should wait before i write? (and how would you write back though?)

(tbh i am little worried that something has changed and this is going backwards instead the way it should...... - cuz they really said to me: we are in the process of preparing an offer for you and expect to hear back from us very soon!)
