Make oculus act like a mouse?

I have experimented with phone vr head sets for a while now, and found some realy cool things, one i really liked was called "Trinus." trinus allowed me to connect my computer to my phone, and made my phone act as a mouse so that i could play any first person games in vr( tested on minecraft, elite dangerous, and dead realm, each with a 360 controller)!!! BUT my phone's battery drained SUPER fast, like only 45 minutes of gaming at full battery. I was wondering it there was a way to do this with the oculus, making any first person game potential vr? If there is that would be absolutely AMAZING!!!
