Vaping CBD 2 hours before smoking weed makes THC Induced Anxiety nearly non existent
So I am someone who gets deathly terrifying anxiety from marijuana. Even a small little little hit of THC sends me into a panic for 2 hours and it has been this way for the last 3 months. I've been trying to be able to enjoy THC again like I used to, and after about 3 months of trial and pure error, I think I MAY have found something that works! Over the last 10 days, I have been taking 1-2 hits of CBD every 15 minutes about 2 hours prior to smoking weed, then I take 1 hit of CBD directly after taking a hit of marijuana. In the last 10 days, I have not had any panic attacks when smoking weed. Based on my history of how often THC gives me anxiety, I dont think this is just a lucky streak. I'm going to continue to do this and hopefully keep having success, but so far, this seems to be working.
I have also cut out 90% of all nicotine consumption as well, and since I stopped doing that, marijuana induced anxiety has gone pretty much non existent. I cut out 90% of nicotine consumption about the same time I started vaping CBD 2 hours before smoking weed. I dont know if its a combination of cutting out nicotine and vaping CBD which is making this work, but something in this pattern seems to be working. Idk if cutting out vaping nicotine made my anxiety for weed go away, or if its the vaping CBD 2 hours beforehand, or both. I only vape nicotine after I'm done smoking weed for the night, then the next day I wont vape all day so I dont have any nicotine in me by the time I start smoking. If you're addicted to nicotine I know this wouldnt be an easy solution for you, but for some reason I was never able to get addicted to nicotine. I seem to be immune to nicotine addiction or something.
Just thought I'd share my thoughts/theory on how to get rid of THC induced anxiety. This seems to have been working for me, and I hope it works for you guys who get massive anxiety from THC.
