Candidates for power up after TM

So after three raids today I got 1 quick move TM and 3 charge TMs and I'm in a process to improve the moveset of some of my best mons (in term of how useful they are). I don't include Gyarados as it seems like he is getting less and less useful for both defending and attacking (I use him only as a filler and only those with DT/O, ignore those with B, C, and even HP).

Candidates for TM and following power ups (please bear with me and sorry for the long list):

1. Alakazam 1641CP, 96%, it had the dreadful focus blast.

2. Arcanine 2089CP, 93%, FF/Crunch

3. Golem 1663CP, 98%, Rock Throw/Earthquake (aiming at SE)

4. Golem 2449CP, 84.4%, MS/Rock Blast (removing MS for RT)

5. Machamp 2178CP, 82.2%, BP/DP (removing Bullet Punch for Counter)

6. Poliwrath 1395CP, 100%, Rock Smash/HP (aiming at DP)

7. Poliwrath 1845CP, 87%, RS/DP (only power up, I found the Poli could sustain a B/FB Tyranitar way better than my Machamps)

8. Rhydon 1853CP, 87%, RS/Earthquake (aiming at both MS and SE)

9. Rhydon 1949CP, 84%, RS/SE (aiming at RS)

10. Snorlax 2919, 96%, ZH/Earthquake (aiming at HB)

11. Tyranitar 2054, 84%, B/SE (only power up)

12. Tyranitar 2064, 89%, Iron Tail/Crunch (aiming at Bite)

13. Ampharos 1498CP, 80%, CB/FB (aiming at an electrice charge move)
