Server config - Flyer Speed

Does anyone else really wish we had this? Even if it was just a simple speed slider for flying dinos, I'd take anything! I don't like the fact that we have to rely on classic flyers to balance speed at all, which has its own issues. @Jat This would be GREATLY appreciated by a huge part of the unofficial playerbase.
