Pax left a mess... got paid by Uber
What are your (not puke) PAX left a mess stories?
I work the bars on weekend night so I'm used to a little trash left behind by pax who are a bit tipsy. Candy wrappers and empty water bottles in door pockets mostly.
Had 2 rides recently that were a bit more of a problem.

Three young people from a festival where it rained, climbed in my back seat before I looked back and saw they had muddy feet and legs. Pax said it's fine, the mud is all dry. I didn't argue and took them home. No tip. So I drive down the block and check the back seat. Yup, mud on leather seat and carpets. Wipe it all down as best I can, get back to work and vacuum carpets the next morning. Photos and case to Uber, paid $40 an hour later. Which I was fine with.

Young 22yo guy picked up from a bar and he's carrying a beer bottle. He's chatty for half the ride, then gets suddenly quiet. As a parent, I know that suddenly quiet is usually trouble. Arrive at his house and he's quick to get out and go inside. No Tip. Pull down the block and check, sure enough there is a splash of beer on seat and dribbled onto the carpet. Take photos and clean it up with the towel and Clorox wipes I keep handy. Case opened to Uber and receive $40 the next morning. I supplied photos of the uncleaned messes both times and Uber was quick to respond and pay a fair clean up fee. As a driver I'm very satisfied with this aspect of Uber support.
