Should I get an ultrasound?

Hi guys,

First time posting here and wondering what you think. There is a pretty sizeable lump in the upper-rear area of my left one (from the perspective of me looking down at my crotch, if I rotate my left testicle forward, the lump moves from my inner thigh up towards my belly button).

The lump is soft and can "move" around my sack, it doesn't seem to be attached to the testicle itself. Am I freaking out over nothing or should I see my PCP?
