Designing under-cabinet lighting with Lifx-Z strips -seeking advice

Hello Folks! I'm currently building a new home and wanted to use the LIFX strips for under-cabinet lighting. But the kitchen design is presenting some challenges.

best case scenario would be one wall:Cabinet, range hood, cabinet. And then around the corner we have: double-oven, Cabinet, cabinet, fridge, cabinet.

I'd prefer to only use one starter kit but i understand the problem with the door frame and appliances.

Keep in mind the house is not framed yet so it would be very easy to run a strip connector extension cable (off Amazon) either through the drywall behind the cabinets, or through a hole drilled in the cabinets themselves. I could also run an extension above the door frame and around the corner.

What do you guys think?
