Holding some DAOs on my old wallet

I just opened my very old wallet on MEW just to find out that I have some DAOs still there. I guess those would be the ones on the ETC side (DAO_extraBalance). I have couple thousand of them. How do I get them out? And what those are worth? And should I even bother with that amount?
