Skyrim freezes completely during loading screens, yet still loads.

As the title states, the game will still load between areas and such, but when I do go to a new area, it'll freeze the game completely, and will give me the "Skyrim is not responding error." All the mods work together just fine, from what I have seen. Any ideas?
