Question about Moodle and Google

Hey guys,

Not sure if anyone know this or not. My school has been using Moodle for at least 5 years now. My boss wants us to switch to using Google for the login so we can have some SSO for the students.

I am worried that moving the login credentials from Moodle to Google will delete all the student information and start over.

Has anyone ever switched from a live environment before?
