Legendary Fishing Rod

Why should Legendary items be only for weapons? Can only be obtained from Chests, or Fishing. When you obtain it, it instantly replaces your current Fishing Rod. Lvl 250+

Doesn't let you catch Uncommon or Common fish anymore, and you now have a 60% chance to catch Common items, 40% chance Uncommon items, 25% chance Rare items, 20% Exotic and Legendary. Sunken Warrior decreases from 1/(whatever it was before) to 1/100 and Sunken Champ from 1/500 to 1/300.

1/18000 chance to get from Chests, 1/17000 chance from Fishing.
