Sleeper or Aesthetics?

Long story short, dad's birthday, my card notifies him every time I use it and I want to build him a pc so I can either go a sweet looking S340 black and red at £110 (going to and from the store that has it at £65 works out around the same) or should I get the exact same build in a boring Fractal Design Core 2300 and make it a sleeper? Also, please do elaborate why, I need some good reasons on each side to weigh out my options.

Specs: Ryzen 5 1400, 1060 3gb, Vengeance LPX dual channel 16 gb on a B350 gaming 3 platform. Very similar to my own build but I spent more on his.

As for the card situation, I got a joint account with my dad before I came to the UK for uni because he has a premium account and that sped things up faster than speedy gonzales on tacos and I am using my own money, not his.
