Anyone else get this 3rd person Bug?

Occasionally, like usually every 5 or 6 games i have, when i land or sometimes even mid game, my view will be completely off to the point that i can only see my guys head at the bottom of the screen or sometimes my guy is way off to the left corner. Like it is still 3rd person but its zoomed in a bit and completely unchangeable, also in this view you can wall hack, you can simply go up to walls and see through them. It's incredibly frustrating, a few of my friends have had this problem as well. It makes going into buildings unbearable as you go through the door it will go all messed up for a second and completely disorientate you.
