[GLITCH] [XBOX] HELP, Party Destroyed!!

Been having an issue consistently for the past 2 days where I can barely stay in a lobby. My car goes invisible, I'm unable to search with friends or trade. It happens when just sitting in lobby by myself, but a party was created waiting to invite people. What changed that could cause this to be such an issue after never having this problem for over 3-4 months of playing? Nothing has changed with my internet connection (that I know of, might be worth calling my ISP, idk.). I see there's been many a post from over a year ago about this for PS4, but no resolution steps have been posted that I could locate on the subreddit. Please Help!!
