How to fail stack prooerly question

Hey all. I'm fairly new to the game, bought the conquers pack a long time ago and just now getting into it. I'm curious on how to fail stack and how to properly enchant items. I have +15 everything and mostly duo bought gear. Ive purchased everything mostly from market and I've never really crafted any of my own gear or enchanted anything. It's so hard to find certain accessories on the market place and I think just trying to upgrade it myself would be best.

Does anyone have a good step by step guide that I can follow to kind of learn the basics ?

Also, what's some good ways to spend my afk time on this game. I work 12hr+ a day and feel like that's a decent waste that could be spent doing something worth while on bdo. I've tried fishing but my rod usually breaks long before I get home. I usually just train my strength or horses.
