I can no longer host a solo Terrorist Hunt match on Xbox One.

Before the update I could host one no problem, but now it will not let me as it says that I need an Open NAT Type or a Type 1 connection. This is not possible for me as I can't get it any better than moderate, I've tried resetting my router and Xbox but it will still not work for me. Is this intended and if so, is there any way for me to fix this problem?
