Hopes for Valentine this year ?

Loved watching Valentine in college and thought he'd make a great addition to the Bulls when they picked him up bc he seemed to have a high basketball IQ, knew how to get to the post, and was a hustler. But so far he hasnt done much of anything. Any ideas/hopes for him this upcoming season ?
