Please let hex block passives like it used to!

It just feels so natural, especially against the bristleback passive. If this is considered to much of a nerf to BB, then buff him with something else. BKB and Lotus orb can still prevent hexes so i don't think it's too hard. It would also make Lion viable again, one of the most entertaining supports to watch imo.
