Need some advice on priorities please!

Greetings everyone!

I started playing a while ago, more like casual and F2P (I did spend like 10$ or maybe 15$ and don't plan to spend anymore ;) ) and I would grealy appreciate some advice. I'm at 27.300 might with Town Hall lv.14 & 4 builders and voults upgrading atm around level 13, 3xArrow Tower lv.6 * a Watchtower lv.6 . I have a few questions, the list of all of my heroes will be below the post.

1. Which heroes from my list should I prioritize in leveling and upgrading and finally maybe evolving? What my first evolve hero should be to help me advance quicker? I will likely not get any new heroes anytime soon as I'm at 900 gems and after the training/rewards etc. gems don't come into my hands too easily

2. Which talents need changing? Also what priorities should each hero have for a talent if I roll a 5/8? Or even if not a 5/8 but let's say 4/8. Who should I give the first two level 3+ Berserks/Bulwarks/Wargods/Revit/Revives etc. etc?

3. Screenshot of other crests I have will be below the post. What crests should I focus on saving/upgrading to level 2/3? And also Which heroes should take priorities of the better crests like: tenacity/revive/revitalize/berserk/bulwark/war god and so on?

4. Kind of related to question 1. Atm I am stuck on HBM - M and Hero Trail - L7 and can't get passed either. What setup (considering I will focus on leveling the heroes mentioned) should I/would you use for HBM/Hero Trail/Arena/Expedition/Expert * Insane Dungeon/Mesa/Wretched Gorge/Lost Realm?

Generic questions:

4. I'm running low on Blue crystals as I started rolling the forge on crests like scorch/SD etc. Is it worth to do so?

5. Recently I managed to finally get 5000 Fame and I bought the level 5 talent chest only to get a lv.5 Scorch (almost threw the phone out of the window) - Is it worth to spend Fame on those chests on my level or should I just save the fame up for the talent/evolve Runes? (Won't be soon when I evolve my first hero though).

6. If I evolve a hero does his Talent/Skill reset to 1? Or if I level a talent or a skill to level 6 and evolve him will it stay on level 6?

7. Duplicates are listed on the bottom of the post - Should I keep up to 2 duplicates of the heroes or is 1 duplicate enough (for the far away in the future evolve?) Which should I keep and which should I just consume for skill level?

To sum things up I did read some guides etc on talents/crests but most mention heroes I do not have that is why I decided to create this post and ask for some advice. I do realise this is a big freaking wall of text that might crit you guys for over 9000 dmg but If any of you could answer alteast some of the questions I would greatly appreciate so :)
