Building a battery disconnect

I have a rear hub kit bike built onto a Fuji bike. The wire to the hub doesn't have a disconnect. Anytime I have a flat it's a giant pain. I have purchased a couple disconnects on Amazon and the setup is less than ideal. Usually low quality and low gauge wire.

Do you guys have any recommendations for building a motor disconnect? This is for a Direct Drive Hub motor with the standard hall sensor setup. So If I'm not mistaken 3 power lines and 5 wires for the hall sensors.

The hub is a 500w motor and the battery is 13s4p for 48v/10ah.
