How to change Wacom CTL-471 Active area using coordinates

I wrote a simple program that allows you to change the active area of the CTL-471 by entering coordinates since the program that comes with the tablet doesn't support it. Since it's not an uncommon tablet to use for Osu!, especially amongst newer players as the CTL-480 is no longer produced, I thought I'd post it here. The coordinates are the same as the ones you would use on a CTL-480 as the areas are the same. The program can be used on both Windows and Mac OS X.
