Any way to remove bulletproof tires from a car?

I've been scouring the internet which is supposed to know everything and it sounds like it's impossible. Someone mentioned ifruit but that doesn't have an option to remove it. Why would they not just make it removable like all other mods? Anyway, if anyone knows a way that would be awesome.
