Foreign bureaucracy and depression

So, I've been feeling messed up for a while. I've been living off-the-grid in India for a few years, but it's getting more and more difficult to operate without a bank account. So, I've been trying to get my documents in order, but the massive confusion and lack of care put into support for foreigners has me bummed out even worse than normal. It's like 2 steps forward, 5 steps back with authorities here.

Now, I'm not here to complain about the country. But the situation isn't doing any wonders for my state of mind. Sometimes, in fact most days, I wake up and wonder if there's any point to this. I work a shit job in a call center (for people who get spammed by telemarketers, I apologize!), and since I work nights, I can't do shit during the day. I live in a dump, I have no friends IRL, just people I talk to on Reddit or my old World of Warcraft guild, and generally see no way to get home. Plus, I don't know if I can even survive if I go home.

Basically, life seems like a downhill from here, and I've been considering just ending it before residing in India becomes impossible. I don't really know why I'm posting here, either, I guess I just want to be able to talk about shit for once.
