Apartment Construction

My family moved into a a apartment 2 months ago and a few weeks after living there we got a notice saying construction will start in 3 days. This notice also said we will have no access to our parking garage or any parking around our building.

Do we have a legal case at all in trying to get out of our lease and move somewhere else if they knew about this beforehand and didnt tell us?
