Can i take Septillin during Typhoid treatment to boost immunity?

Hello,

I'm suffering from typhoid from past 1 month - Going through a bad phase right now as my immune system got hit badly. I'm taking medication for typhoid & was thinking if anyone can suggest - Can I go ahead with Septillin along with medicines. Most antibiotics medicines help to kill the virus, But our immune system takes a major hit, I thought if Septillin can be taken along with the medicines.

Please advise.
