A story that came up on my "on this day" on fb

Hey, I'm in the process of writing my life rbn story, in the mean time, here is a post I found of my life in 2014. Backstory; i had lost the electronic car key, which happens (i was 19), and my mum lost it. We were in the process of moving houses, and my parents bought a house (with my inheritence) before selling the original house. We had renters living in the new house.

So here goes;

" Parents: go get the key copied.

1.5 hour round trip, with 4 hours waiting in the city

Mum: oh, can you come back home (old houze), THEN go back out to (new house) and drop off heaters to our house to the tennents, cause we promised them heating, and we lied, so we're gonna make you drive all the way up there.

Me: buuut... I just drove for an hour and a half and I'm exhausted?

Mum: yelling I'M SO SICK OF YOU ARGUING BACK, YOU SHOULD BE GREATFUL WE'RE NOT MAKING YOU PAY FOR THE CAR, YOU SHOULD BE GREATFUL starts streetching I WISH YOU WOULD STOP COMPLAINING, NOW DRIVE BACK HOME, AND DRIVE BACK OUT TO THE CITY AGAIN, BECAUSE I HAVE TRANSLATIONS TO

Mum: how much did the key cost?

Me: $259

Mum: yelling WHY DIDNT YOU ASK THEM FOR IT CHEAPER, THIS IS SO BAD, YOU SHOULD HAVE ARGUED, I HAVE NOTHING MORE TO SAY TO YOU hangs up

Me: ... quietly okay... sobs

Get me out of this place "

I live out of home now and I couldn't be happier
