Trying to Find A Circle of Friends for my Chinese Grandmother in Manteca...

So we recently lost my grandfather and my Grandmother only speaks Cantonese. She is pretty much the only one at home during the middle of the day, so I was wondering if anybody happened to know of a grandmother (or of a friend's grandmother) that spoke Cantonese and doesn't have much going on either, mostly just so she won't have to feel so lonely in her house with nothing but her thoughts.
