Feeling Lost, What To Do?

Hey! I'm a newly leveled 110 Fire Mage. Gave up on WoW a couple of months ago due to this reason, decided to pick it up again due to a lot of free time.

Basically, I have no idea what to do, and where to go.

I'm que-ing dungeons but the 40min+ wait ques hurt a lot. I have around 760 ilvl and no idea how to progress. I'm accepting every quest I can get, currently doing some Chromie quest line.

Can you give me tips on what addons I should use. (currently have none). What I should aim for? Where should I grind items. I found a spell rotation I can use, but my damage is usually pretty low in dungeons, i guess thats due to inexperience and weak items.

Should I change my spec? Are fire mages considered a poor choice for raids etc. Sorry for the noob questions but I can really appreciate some sort of guidance.
