[Tech] Instant On even when using Energy Saving mode

Original problem: So this is a weird little glitch that has first happened to me in two years time;

I always used the energy saving mode to fully shut down my One after I'm done using it. However, now it just goes into a sudden stand-by instant-on mode. Toggling the settings in the power management changes nothing and shuts it down the same manner; instant-on and the powerbrick emitting a white light, instead of complete shutdown and an orange light...

Also worth noting that it happened after I factory resetted my One. Resetted it a second time to see if it would fix this bug, yet without succes...

I'm also NOT a member of the preview program!

Edit: Toggling the "keep my games updated" setting changed nothing...

Edit 2: Power cycling didn't do anything either...

Edit 3: Fixed with the USB reset! :D
