15 hours into the game, only thing I know is that's just a secret room with the usual chest, i don't really see what's wrong... maybe that the secret room is next to the entrance?
If you're lucky you can scout out a secret entrance (that little black star with yellow background) where you can get some crazy good trinkets and valueable gems.
This guy got a scout proc in the first room and it revealed the secret entrance was right next to the dungeon entrance, which is very lucky since it meant he really didn't have to risk anything or go out of his way to get great loot.
