I like this girl however I can't ask her out because her parents are overprotective of her. What should I do?

I am 17 years old and about to be a senior in high school. There's this girl I met in my school who's 15 years old. (about to be a junior) The school I attend is both a middle school and high school so I always saw her back in middle school but never talked to her as I was dealing with my own problems in regards to finding myself. One of my friends who later turned out to be her brother, told me that she doesn't really talk to a lot of people and only talks to her small group of friends and her boy best friend.

During my junior year, I became acquainted with her through a mutual friend. I was expecting her to be the typical ghetto girl, seeing that my school is in the ghetto. However, she is the complete opposite of ghetto. She is well-spoken, mature for her age, and happy-go-lucky. Everytime I talked to her, she always seemed so happy that I'm around her, but that's as far as I got in regards of getting to know her. Because I didn't have any classes with her, I really only talked to her in the morning before classes started or if I saw her in the hallway. On the last day of school, I asked her for her number and unsurprisingly, she did.

A week later, I text her and it turns out we have a lot in common. We both play video games and watch anime, we have similar tastes in music, and we both have the same outlook on life. The only issues I have so far in regards to talking to her are that whenever I text her, she'll respond instantly, but will randomly stop responding, then respond after several hours. I'm not like those people who double texts to see if they got my last text. I also understand that she has a life but I do find it a little bit inconvenient. The second issue is that when I finally had the guts to ask her out, she says that her parents are overprotective and they told her to stay home. I asked her brother to confirm this and turns out it's true. I don't know what to do. I think I finally found the one but there's nothing I can do as her parents don't let her go anywhere by herself unless it's with her boy best friend or her family. Should I give up or wait until school starts to try to speak to her face-to-face?
