Ahh, the bedroom. Apart from sitting in front of the TV, it’s the best place to do car work. But, the TV really is the best.
I just put on music most of the time it helps instead of sitting in silence
Oh yes, music is the best! Sitting in silence just feels weird.
Added turnbuckles, front diff, front dogbones, and center driveshaft. The whole front end is done minus shocks. Next month I hope to have the center diff hooked up and have the whole rear end done. My goal is to finish this by the end of the year
I don't see the dog bones at all in this pic. Also what model is this and it also looks like a nitro conversion? 4x4 truck?
Edit: correction I see one of the dog bones not currently connected to the drive center diff (can't remember what the call that thing).
It's a losi 5t building it piece by piece. It's gonna be 4x4 with either a 32 or 34cc engine. There are 3 dog bones in the picture the center one you see isn't hooked into anything just yet because I don't have the center diff. Once I get the center diff it will just slide in. The other 2 dog bones are below the turnbuckles
Very cool keep it up man
Thanks, I can't wait for the first time I start it up and break it in
Have ypu decided on what electronics your going to run?
Since I'm just gonna go all out now rather than later I'm gonna run stock throttle but with steering I'm going with a single steering waterproof Savox servo I think. Runs for about 110 bucks. Don't want to really spend 200 bucks for a steering servo. But for my radio I'm going with Futaba 4PV. I'm definitely open to suggestions though
Dude, very nice work. I have seen your progress posts, and I'm impressed. Excellent work man! Keep it up and you'll be there in no time.
Thanks I appreciate you and probably others have been keeping up with this. Next picture I'm hoping to have the center diff, rear driveshafts and rear diffs in. Possibly the gas tank hooked in too.
This is looking awesome!
It's getting there slowly. The thing that sucks is whenever I buy parts I just want to keep buying parts to finish it up
