Help mining lBC on mac

Hey guys, I am having trouble understanding the process of mining LBC on my MacBook. I have a mid 2014 MacBook Pro. Just trying to get into the mining hobby and I really love the idea of LBRY.

Anyway, I downloaded SgMiner for mac OS X and I am having trouble with the command lines and such.

Has anyone here mined LBC on a mac? Can I have some step by step instructions on this? I have checked out this link and I am just confused on what exactly to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
