I have 4G but the game still keeps crashing?

I can get into websites in seconds. I am connected to every other online game app without problems. Yet Pokémon Go always crashes, and it does so randomly, but consistently. I get kicked out of gyms, I don't get the shake animation on the pokéballs when I hit a pokémon, and I don't get up pokémon that other people next to me are getting up, and sometimes vice versa.

I can't help but wonder if there's something wrong with your service in Norway (where I'm from). Please help, this is a problem for a few of my friends too.
