Finding mentors for a Lawyers association.

Ive recently been put in charge of a mentoring program of a lawyers association. I need to find lawyers who are willing to take on mentor roles and/or act as a principal for Articling students. What incentives can I give practicing and established lawyers at both solo firms and big firms to mentor and/or take in Articling students through an association? What are some business needs that we can help firms out with? (Marketing etc.)
