[TOMT] [book] Where kids play a tabletop game that gives them powers?

Ok so this has been driving me nuts, I was reminded of it by the new jumanji trailer, but I can't remember the title of a book where a, group of kids go into an abandoned house to play a game and they end up with the power of their characters. I know one guy gets power over fire and illusions and one gets super strength. They are magically sealed in the house until the game is won. Can anyone help me out here?
